Who is behind XFS?

XFS Coaching Solutions is led by Founder and CEO, Helen Schoeb. With over 20 years of experience in senior management roles within investment management, Helen transitioned into coaching, becoming a professionally accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation and establishing her own independent coaching practice.
